Mastech: The Dongguan office belongs to MASTECH, a major supplier of precision electronic measuring instruments. The design concept treats material as the point of entry, using hard, industrial steel structure, glass, and marble to build a precise, professional corporate image. The project splits into a reception lobby and an office zone.

In the reception lobby, the ground floor and mezzanine hold a scattering of open discussion areas and meeting spaces. Glass partitions and daylight from outside keep meetings visible while preserving privacy. A bar area serves as a spot to make lunch, and a sofa area allows casual conversation — everyone can choose how they meet and exchange ideas.

In the office zone, to supply a large number of workstations, the office sits at the core of the space, ringed by an artificial turf track that links the meeting spaces, showroom, gym, lounge, and boxing training area — an open office that stays relaxed and energetic.

Meetings at the company are frequent, at every scale — with clients, departments, teams, and individuals, each at a different level. The project breaks the meeting spaces apart to match different tones of meeting, letting discussion and exchange happen in spaces with different atmospheres, so clients and staff talk naturally while walking or training.

The project aims to merge leisure, sport, and work, turning a serious office into a light, active place.
